Rannie recently completed a three-year term as a Hall Director for an on-campus residence hall at Rutgers University. Each year, she supervised a staff of eight apartment assistants, oversaw around 600 residential undergraduate students, and worked closely with building owners and stakeholders. In this unique live-in position, she observed everyday how peer and local networks provide support and resources in emergency crisis situations, relational conflicts, and diversity issues.
Rannie has also held professional positions within several fast-paced, distinguished companies serving demanding markets. Her previous employers include a national payroll/HR software company, a bi-coastal litigation communications and public relations law firm, and a global pharmaceutical company.
